  • Any quote we provide is an estimate only and may be subject to change based on site inspection, scope changes, materials cost, permit requirements, insurance adjuster decisions, or unforeseen conditions.

  • A formal service agreement will specify the scope, timeline, payment schedule, and other project-specific terms.

  • Payment terms (e.g., deposit, progress payments, final payment) will be set in the service agreement.

  • You agree to pay all amounts due according to the payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as permitted by law.

4. User Obligations & Access

  • You must provide accurate property, contact and project information.

  • If you request SMS/text messaging communications, you agree to receive such messages and you have provided your mobile number and consent.

  • You agree not to use the Site or our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and obtain required permissions (e.g., insurance claim authorizations, property access, permits).
