Question: Another contractor did my emergency clean-up/mitigation. Can Comfort Restorations still do the reconstruction? A: Absolutely! You can bring us in at any stage of your project, or even hire us for a home improvement project or remodel. We're happy to do whatever project you need done.
Question: My insurance company recommended a contractor and they've already done an inspection or given me a quote. I would like to get a second opinion. Can you do that? Answer: We sure can! It's so smart to get a second opinion on such an important project. In fact, many restoration contractors that are recommended by insurance are committed to the insurance company, not to you. That means they may overlook important details that impact your family's long-term health, if those items are costly. As an independent company we are dedicated to our customers' needs, not to a preexisting agreement.
Question: Do you charge extra so you can give to charity? Answer: Part of our commitment to doing good is charging a fair market price for our work. We don't charge extra; the money we contribute to humanitarian projects comes straight out of our profits.
